A number of people have had the same problem apparently. Problem seems to be that in the bitcoin option they default to the wrong package - L doesn't work in Europe. People should avoid buying here.

No the payment seems to have gone. I used coinpayments.net like always and it shows it went. Maybe it didn't go fast enough though? It did say 15 minutes to send and the website seemed to show it pending for ages.

I sent tpoentrance my bitcoins and serial but still showing as expired after ten days. Should I assume they have taken my money and run?
