It can be done way smarter, The server could allocate blocks of keys based on servers being online. Client would feedback once each block is done. Blocks that are not done in certain time frame would be reallocated. A bit like the folding at home project. Also its no drama to leave a p.c on...

I think the way forward for brute cuda for now and for the future. Would be a master slave server format pooling resources of users together , some of those old mining setups are cheap these days. Imagine the speed if 20 mixed gpus are working on the one project spread over multiple users...

Sorry I misunderstood your post, if you are using a 3070TI , see back in the thread my tests with a 3060ti your results should be higher than mine..a 3060ti at stock using the original 51264.exe use to give around 1100 million for a single copy. It could be pushed into maximized performance...

Theres no need to test for hours. A short test of a limited range is fine. a 1080 card should do around 800-950 million keys (single copy), depending on other factors mentioned throught the thread. Using the original 51264 release
