Sorry, it keeps saying its scrambled, as does BBC 4 HD. BBC4 is running Cbeebies at the moment.

My signal has dropped from 67% this morning to 50 % here in Northern Italy. Cant get clear picture. I changed my LNB because I had a similar problem last month.

The Factory reset does not clear the channels or previous biss numbers. When I do a factory reset, it comes up with the language option, but as soon as I go to channels, the old chennel list comes up and the biss codes are still there, its like the information has been embedded into and cant be...

Thank you, I did that, but the same thing has happened, It says it has cleared the memory, but the patch is still there with all the old biss attempts and the channels. It looks like the box my be tired!

Hi,I lost reception on 27.5 907 recently, and now I have it back I am having with the Biss code. I have entered it and it is working BBC 1-2-3-4 HD and Ch4HD but not Ch5. Can anyone assist me please?
