yep, thats what i was doing on 7e a blind scan, so it can happen

believe me pal it happened, i have scanned 9e today for afn with no problem,but only the transponder with afn

hello all update i managed to recover the 4k, i had to load the firmware x2 onto the stick, and it started to read and recover the box, i then loaded pt1.16 on and went the box menue to usb to load it, glad to say all is good, but wont be going near 7e again lol thank you all for your help

just tryed to load pt 1.16 again , same error E001, wish i had left the box alone, if it aint broke dont try and fix it !!!

no luck, just tryed with transend usb and get error E001

the usb i am using updated pt 1.10 a while ago , i have set a few boxes up for friends here with the same usb drive, so dont get it, something went wrong with the scan on 7e , it was working perfectly before hand

extracted the file , onto tat32 usb renamed in uper case still wont read , and i got to say i am not a novice to this box, i also get myhead around e2 vu boxes

thats what i have done, update.bin and still nothing, wont read usb, ive tryed 2 different usb now ? im stumped
