Discrete GPU is relevant.
Try watching 4K (3840x2160) UHD 4:2:2 content on a GPU that does not have HW support for H.265 HEVC + HDR/HLG and you'll get yourself a slideshow.
CPU with integrated GPU also isn't the best solution, as it sucks on 8K (7680x4320) UHD 4:2:2 HDR/HLG content.

Make necessary adjustments (PID, CW...) and then it works flawlessly with PC DVB-SAT cards under Windows for Abertis.
It doesn't matter that it has "irdeto" in the name, it 100% opens Abertis as well.
If you want to watch the sat-feeds enc in biss, you will search the pre-calculated tables to find the cw.
You'll need an ordinary nvidia GPU to do it.
The bigger the pre-calc tables you've got, the merrier the chance to find the cw.

MP3 is mpeg 1 layer 3 and that is not present in decrypted file 7.0E_11145,148_H_7201_(2023-11-15 19.57.56)_dump.ts
check it out with mediainfo tool
