Its pretty straight forward mate as long as you have the correct/latest version of Oscam on your receiver.
1) Edit the Oscam.server file.In the emulator part (under reader) add 1010 to the caid line and add 1010:000000 to the ident line
2) Add the keys to your softcam file.
To answer your question if the emu in the link supports tandberg - yes.The version in your link I downloaded and ftp'ed to usr/bin was the oe2.0-emu.rar for my dm800se with an openpli 4.0 image.
Copy and paste the keys posted at http://www.sat-universe.com/showpost.php?p=2036683974&postcount=15 into your softcam. Now try 12726v 30000 on 7.0e (court17) or 10960 H 9875 3/4 on 7.0e (wf50 Wimbledon) which is a lot stronger signal for me.
If you are still not opening the channel are you able to open a biss channel with Oscam from your softcam?

Is there anything in the live log part of Oscam webif that might give us a clue as to why the channels aren't opening for you? Example 'key not found ' or anything that stands out.

I will temporarily replace my [dvbapi] with yours when there is a Tandberg broadcast tomorrow.
Unless someone can point me to one right now.

I have now used your [dvbapi] entries and they did not help, I'm afraid. Still the same. By the way, I'm trying to watch WF50 Wimbledon at 7E, 10960 H 9875 3/4.
Any other Tandberg feeds active now?

The court 1 Wimbledon feed was opening this afternoon for a couple of minutes but has now gone off on my box but wf50 is ok.The only final thing I can suggest is to copy and paste over your reader part of Oscam.server with the info from my post (#55) in this thread into your Oscam.server file.
I have Vu+ Duo2 with OpenATV 5.3 and it has Oscam_Modern r1500. There is PowerVu Stream-Relay section on my channellist and there are powervu channels under it. I can watch powervu channels on 4.8e with no-AC3 sound but with mpeg sounds, and I can't watch normal freshly scanned channels on 4.8e. I add 0E00 and 0e00:000000 to oscam.server emulator, softcam, constant.cw sections but did'nt work. Any help?

I know what the problem was in my case.
I have a long oscam.dvbapi file and there among the multitude of lines was something like this:
I: 1010
I removed it and now everything is OK.
