hehehehehe.... Chelsea is such a damned ridiculous club ... really a shame for European Football!
Average Grant "only" being second in english championship after a terrific coming back and an intense fight with ManU and also "only" second in Europe after penalty shooting .. not enough for Abramovitsch .. in any other club they would have given a 10-year contract to Grant but not Chelsea. I think even if Grant had won the CL, they would have fired him for not being enough "SHOW"! ;)
Now they will hire a very expensive coach to get even less the next years! :D
I can't understand how anybody can support such a club! :(

Hi friends, my staff and thought 'give another chance' to Avram Grant, the scuadra has a good game and 'good game, Chelsea had little luck in
CUP because' deserved to win, but let us not forget that lost penalties and the lottery 'with a huge scuadra and' with Avram Grant on the bench :clapping::thum:

well ..we all know that A.Grant was only temporary solution, as it has been presented, after Jose left the club, so that's right diony, he would be going out this way or another, even if the Champions League was won.

furthermore, let's not make this thread into "fight" between supporters of different clubs please.
for example I do not like ManUtd especially now, after they won CL after such a horrible anti-football display versus Barcelona, where they certainly did not deserve anything, but that's sport - you cannot expect that the better always goes through !

eventually, Chelsea played much better in the finals, but they lost because they had lady fortune against them,
and only thanks to this reason..
but nevertheless, I'd say I respect the winners, this time ManUtd..
next time.. time will tell :)

if we all know that ... so why did Chelsea sign a 4-year contract with Grant in december'07???

By the way, another hot candidate is Guus Hiddink (coach of Russia atm) ... maybe we increase the poll??!! :D ;)

Dear Diony,
It's always the same story with big firms, more or less...
pay attention on what happened to Valencia- five different people within only one year, and none of them signed contract for just couple of months, surely not.
Valencia have reached agreement with Unai Emery according to which he will become the new coach of the first team from July 1 for two seasons, the club said.
The Basque becomes Valencia's fifth coach in one year after Quique Sanchez Flores, Oscar Fernandez, Dutchman Ronald Koeman and Salvador Gonzales.

...well ..speaking truly I voted for Jose, but as Ten Kate is already there and if staying, then Rijkaard would be a good choice indeed combined with him, as they showed to the world while they operated together at Camp Nou.

Hiddink's agent Cees van Nieuwenhuizen insisted his client plans to stay with Russia until after the 2010 World Cup.
"There's no way Guus will go to Chelsea," he said in the Times.
"It's not an option and has never been. Guus is the coach of Russia and will stay until the World Cup of 2010."
