supermax 2040 hung

hello, on upgrading software for enabling art by: ali_dvbs_29C_21082008_ART_SHT.bin the receiver got jammed. the reason was the pc showed finished and the receiver panel had not shown finished and i powered off the receiver. now on power on error on panel 'uP9' and the connectivity with PC does not work. no display on tv also.

can someone guide me how to either reset or revive SupermaxFTA2040.

hi,try to load the original firmware with varius loaders and if you don´t,you can use a jtag interface to load original file,at the first time you must see the chip of stb is ali b3329,ali c3329 or ali 3329e1,because this chip used differents firmwares.
