SifTeam and relook 400s

Hi all
I am using SifTeam 1.9 for my relook400 CCcam
my Questions are :
1-how to use the second tuner?
2-how to watch the channels through the PC using VLC?

so what is the solution other images that support the 2nd tuner do not support CCcam

Use Highlandteam or Fantacyteam images and old version cccam.
This images support 2 tuners on 400s.

can u guide me in this which version or highland and which version of cccam
because the cccam comes with the image i do not know how to install plugins in highland or fantacy team
by the way i tried fantacy with 1.7 and it did not work

Newest wersion are FantacyTeam 2.13.6-R2 and Highland 2.17.
Working is cccam 1.7.1
Highland include cccam
In FantacyTeam cccam installed from Fantacypanel.
