EXQI HD problem

I have an official dutch Canaldigitaal HD subscription but I can't get a picture from exqi. This channel is in the official channellist from Canaldigitaal. The only thing I see is that the channel is decrypted. Which is strange because I have a subscription. Reciever is Clarke tech 5000 HD with latest softcam.

Does anybody know the solution?
