Hi,

As I perform an automatic channel search with my 7100, I noticed that some transponders aren't loaded at all. If you verify the parameters of each transponder by manual scan, for example on Astra 3, the symbolrate for Premiere is originaly set to 28.500 instead of 29.500; if you verify each transponder and correct all the wrong parameters (referring to Lyngsat) and afterwards you perform a new scan, those transponders are loaded correctly. Nevertheless I notice on Astra 1 (12.071 H 27.500 3/4 - Premiere) that some channels (Blue Movie :-) )are not loaded although the parameters are correct. If you enter into the manual scan, you can enter the following PID's: video/audio/PCR. However you cannot enter the value for SID and so I don't succeed to create the missing channels manually. I there a sollution to have missing channels one way or another? Tnx for any advice.

I have also noticed that some channels are missing compared to my old Sammy. Maybe you should go on the Vantage homepage and report the problems with the incorrect symbolrate and that it is not possible to enter SID in manual scan. Hopefully they will correct it in the next firmware. :)

If you have a mistake in trasponder data you can edit it and save it.

Take a backup of your channellist to an USB memory stick. Use ChEditor 2.0 (http://www.vantage-digital.com/files/download-1204587904.zip) to add the missing channels. It is possible to enter SID value. Put the channellist back on the receiver.

It worked for me. :D
