Fav in Channel Editor

Hi

I have "AVChannelEdit" version 3.1.05

I wanted to edit the Fav. to move from Fav 4 to Fav 3, after looking around the settings the only option I see is to go to "Service" move the mark from Fav 4 to Fav 3, but that will add them to the end of the list and I will need to rearrange again and will have about 100 channels

Is there a way to drag from Fav4 to Fav3 or another program to do it.
