Problems With Flashwizard

trying to install a image on my 1gb usb-stick. But flashwizard is telling me that there is not any room on the usb? why is this

if you are sure that there is enough space to upload image on your usb
try to format the usb with flash wizard

Mmmm Bad news now
the image is installed 100% but when the image setup and init its stops working at that part, when i reboot the dreambox the i cant see the image at all :(

make sure you got right immage for your box

Ok These Are The Images iv got:
On Flash Is Boxman 31-10-06
On HDD Gemini 3.00

and the one im trying to use on the usb stick is "SifTeam_1[1].1_7000"

im trying to not use the HDD for images

is there anyway i can copy all the settings over to the usb from HDD?

When you want to install new image you can load your old image from hd then use Advanced SmartCopy option from flash wizard multiboot tab. It will copy settings by default plus you can specify any other folders you would like to be copied to new image, like /var/keys, /var/bin etc.
If you just want settings from hd image then you can go to config and utilities tab and use "receive and save dreambox services" button. That will copy channel settings to your pc. Then you load new image from usb and use "send all services now" button.
