Triple Dragon Tdman v. 12b update

v12b Std Update
Based on latest official image.
You MUST have latest 12a in box to install this update
* Included newest Newcamd, Evocamd, Mgcamd, Radegast, Camd3 with libraries
* Removed samba stuff (You can still use it, just copy binaries to /var/bin and chmod755)
* Removed some skins.
* Bmtoy ver. 4.99b, noalco 7.6
* New infobar plugin. Functions similar to caic but attached to banner and can be switched off.
* Keys as always for reference. Update on Your own.
Note: If some people are using this readme in their own releases please don't forget to
notice from what release they are taking it, or write their own file.
