AZBOX S700B NTSC?

I have a AZBOX S700B NTSC and the F1 v211F3 GS 2k81112.zip(1.17MB ) is not not working. It's loading but It keep saying Fail.

Thanks but it not loading from this site to my computer as it use to do. After its down loaded it telling me - mounted fail.
