* fixed: DGS application patch to keep EPG when changing TP, DGS delete them.
* fixed: card reader enabled from boot again.

* update: nlb panel v1.36 emu changing works now.
* - option to set changable delay during boot with newcs
* - Some cards requires longer initialisation than others.
* - Those without should just use like 3 seconds.
* updated: Webepg v0.6 now works with patched DGS application
* - option to dump favorites as webepg.list
