DCW keys on HD5000

Hi, just wanted some help with a problem.
I have just put in the new softcam file on my HD5000 from the stickys at the top of this forum.
The 31-10-08 file states that it has the DCW kews for NASN and NASN (p) on 19e.
I have loaded the keys using a USB stick but I still can not clear these channels.
Do you need to adjust any settings to clear the DCW encrypted channels? If so what do I need to do?

pressed 8280 and a BISS menu appeard
It says NASN (P) OFF
then there is loads of keys. what do i do?

Would this not be done already when I loaded the softcam key file?
