This devicefile add support of Technotrend S2-3200 to DvbDream.

# It support:
- DVB-S2(8PSK) Transponders

- Diseqc Commands that make possible for example control Diseqc Motors.

# Installation:
- It use WDM driver, so if you don't have WDM driver installed, get it and install
it [WDM Software + Driver]:

- Put file [ttlcdacc.dll] in DvbDream directory and file [BxS_TT_S2_3200.dev]
in [DvbDream\Devices] directory,

- Run DvbDream, press Ctrl+D and select [BxS - TT S2-3200 WDM (12/10/2008)] Device,
if you have more than one card them also select the correct card number,
