Problems with the 5000c

I bought one, and gave it 1.43p as firmware. All free to air are visible but no other channel turns open.

What am i doing wrong

P.S. i am searching for 2 days on the web.

Make sure you have the EMU settings turned ON

1) go into the menu and go to system settings

2) select security settings

3) select muticas and select on

4) save your settings
