STB crashed-Lost all TP - Metabox Clone - Help Plz

I have Divion V-box which running metabox software. Which is currently getting Asiasat3, Asiasat4, Optus D2 and Pas8 satellite.

2 days back, One thing has happened to my above receiver. While TP scanning some satellite signal, my STB crashed and restart again (which is normally happen to every receiver). This time happened some thing different. My STB start but All satellite disappears along with all TP already in STB (except some TP remain, I think which were preloaded since begaining).

So I had to re-load all or some TP again. Once I did TP scan some signal, Its crashed again & again and so on. Tried 4-5 times.

So I removed my STB from the satellite connection, plugged to my computer and upload with Dreamsoft 1.4.4.8 software but I could not get Asiasat3 & Asiasat4 in this satellite list. So Upload MTG-10 software (which is similar to my original software), MTG-10 uploaded fine in my STB. Then I did the same TP scanning again. But faced same problem as mentioned before.

After tp scanning couple of Signal from ASiasat3 & Asiasat 4, then its crashed and back to same condition before as mentioned before.

Please help and guide me what shall I do?

My understanding is STB memory is full or similar.
