What program to load keys “key” and “dat” ?

As keys “key” and “dat” in theme “Interstar Latest keys” in a receiver to load. Not to time did not do. What program? Or they in Firmware load and then to it to stitch?

All is clear!
In "GI – S780" it is possible only STBDownload Golden-interstar Upgrade v2.1 only upload - "Key. Dat"!
Download - Key.dat – only in manual to enter.

GI-S780_CRCI_X-11Jul2008 – It is loaded key.dat
Insertions with HS (sharing) – are not present!!!
