I just bought the Mvision ST-5 USB receiver and thought I would update the software before I do any tuning. So I connected it to the network via ethernet, set the update URL and clicked on the apply button. The box went through the download procedure (took about 5mins) and then flashed the ROM. Then it went into the reboot routine and this is where it has got stuck. There is nothing on the screen. When I power up, the display shows "c107", "boot" and then finally "----". The power light stays on red.
I reckon the software has got corrupted. The question is how do I go about resetting the box or loading an older version of the software?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I haven't got a clue as what to do. Information for the box is very sparse on the internet.
