maybe you already have install the image or backup at this time !

but if you read the help guide for install etc. the backup image you can´t miss it.

1: start Qbox Updater
2: Connect Box by LAN & Null Modem cable
3: set Com port & IP in the QBox Updater
4: Press buttom BACKUP Restore and select IMAGE
5: Confirm Queries with "YES"
6: after probaly Successfully flash - restart Qbox

As above and Q box works fine, dont forget to restart by using the rocker switch on the back and leave the box off for 3 minutes before switching it on again............Regards N.
