Take heed, the month of June is going to be one that many will remember. Almost one year after HTC's introduction of its innovative TouchFlo interface on its successful HTC Touch, followed up with the addition of the Touch Dual and Touch Cruise to its repertoire not long ago, we found ourselves in the thick of the action once more with HTC's very first Windows Mobile 6.1 device, the HTC Touch Diamond. The excitement was in the air over at the Shangri-La Hotel Singapore as HTC unveiled the Diamond and left a few media including us with truly dazzled impressions.

We believe a picture paints a thousand words, but for the record, the Diamond has some pretty impressive statistics to compliment that rather drool worthy image. Powered by a Qualcomm MSM7201A 528 MHz processor and coupled with 256MB ROM, 192MB RAM and an internal storage of 4GB (for microSD expandability, no dice here, you'll be dependant solely on its internal storage). Connectivity options include the standard fare of Wi-Fi, HSDPA and A-GPS as seen on most other devices of its category.
