ipbox 9000 and indeto module

I have purchased this model about two months ago.
i use indento module and official Nova card. It takes more than
10 minutes to load the module. I have tried to load all new images official and not but the same result. The place i bought it keep telling me it is a matter of software. i took it back and
after keeping it for two weeks they did nothing to solve the
problem, so i went and took it back.
Can somebody please help me.I am not at all familiar with all
the procedures except to load firware via usb.

yes i mean run the module it takes more than ten minutes after
switch on for the 9000 to recognise that a module is inserted
