I tried flashing this - it got to 63% and then just hung.

The box now just sits at BOOTING...

I presume it is now screwed?!

I can't reflash I don't think.. I can't get it into USB Update mode.

I maybe able to try serial - but I was using the ftp/telnet method to flash which I've used many times without problem. It was just this once that it screwed...

How are you doing it?

Have you managed to flash the box via usb before and was sucessfull?

Plug your usb cable,turn the switch at the back on whilst holding the front panel power button until usb upgrade appears.run the drivers for the pcflash on the pc connected to the box then flash it.

It should go into USB update mode without the usb cable attached (power + up button).

Also, power + right should give me serial update mode - neither work...

My dealer is shipping me a replacement box anyway, but just wondered if I could revive this one.

SATA controller is screwed on this box also and crashes from time to time. Think I just got a duff one!

Oh, and yes I've done USB update before, so I know what I'm doing...
