Neotionbox 601 HELP!!

Hi all,

I have a neotion 601 and my remote for some reason has stopped working. The batteries are new.

It was working fine and then just stopped. None of the buttons work.

Any help would be gratefully received.

Thanks for your quick reply. Have open the remote and all seems fine.

Would the remote from another 601 be compatible with mine?

I've restarted it many times now.

Have come very close to launching the box out the window

Now that is a very cleaver tip. Just tried it on all the remotes in the house and they all work, including the one for my 601.

So at least I now know its the neotionbox that's at fault.

Anyone know where I can download the original firmware for it from?

Maybe flashing it with the original firmware will fix the problem.
