501 issue

Guys I could use some help, please..
Just out of nothing my 501 stopped working. :mecry: All the coded channels are scrambled and all FTA are "audio and video are not available". I've tried unplugging and reconnecting all the cables with no help, then I performed "factory default" reset on receiver with MiniApplication cleaning after that, uploaded software, llatest rp & rk and it's all still the same. Is there anything else I could try? If it makes any difference, there's a good signal so it's not the antenna (what was my first guess). Any ideas?:confused:
