How to enter Bi.s keys

I have a humax 5400 with the following firmware version:
+CAM ToH 3.4 plugged HoT 9.5 Version B.
I am trying to enter the Bi.s keys manually but unfortunately the keys seems to be locked. i.e. when I go on a line with zero's and enter the new keys they keys are not being excepted.

Can anyone advise how to reset or explain to me how to enter the Bi.s keys.

Try uploading to a more recent ToH/HoT version first
