Characters in echolink

dear friends i have a problem in echolink 3020

i dont know how to put Characters in codes..

i know just how to put numbers..

but i cant post Characters in it ...

plz help me ..how can i do that.

i have another question echolink 3020 also can connect with the internet? and open the channels?
