hi ,i reply late as im new to forum ,this may be of benifit to you or someone else.
your cam original was XilinX Z CAM.
now should be UCAS v3.1.it may or may not have been updated.
before reflashing xilinx.
(if you do you must follow instructions careful.and ensure correct file as if you reflash firmware with REV by mistake im told you cant get back again.)download bin file for matrix reborn.
mrb 312.
put on desktop.
open duolabs ,erase all.say yes to warning.
nekt, when complete open file ,go to desktop ,highlight mrb312.
duolads will show loading.
next select write.
when writting complete remove cam.
it is done.
before you start check that 312 has most recent date on it as keys can change daily........cheers
if it still dont work ,then concider refashing xilinx.
