Sangria, a very refreshing drink.

Makes 2 ltrs.

1 bottle red wine,
1 apple cut into slices,
1 peel of an orange,
1 peel of a lemon,
juice of 3 fresh oranges and a lemon,
1 t/spoon caster sugar,
1 bottle soda or tonic water,
2 leaves of fresh mint.

Just place all in a container and chill for several hrs in refrigirator, then enjoy with friends.

Enjoy and relax ;)

This Sangria is good, charlo :thum: I know people
that even put Whiskey and a bit of Cointreau in their Sangria ;)

If you and other members are willing to post recipes
maybe Rock can make a separate thread for us :)
