interstar keys

hello mates, i'm trying to put keys *.dat into reciever through STBloader, but nothing changed, all keys are same not changed. as i did nothing.... i don't know whats wrong
any help plz

i'm using the stbloader 1.93,
- load the *.dat file
- click conect
- switch on the reciever (i/o)
- process finished
and nothing, when i check the keys on emu, not changed...
should i use another program?

i'm taking those file keys from here, interstar key section, and the file size is 16kb...

thanxxx for your help, it works, i uploaded the keys file from the receiver and update it, works fine... you are right it must be 64kb
