FIX: Option to swithch of LNB power at application exit for TechnoTrend devices was not working correctly.
FIX: when BAT was enbled for SI scanning, a maximum number of one section would be included in result. Now information for multiple bouquet ID's will be included, and each bouquet can have multiple sections.
BDA: Added DiSEqC support DVBWorld 2102 DVB-S USB.
