, I've had a Tevion PVR 1620 personal recorder for about 6 months, which works ok on terestrial television.
I've just had Sky installed, when the insalation guy scarted to the above box, so I could record pragrammes, the sky picure was crap.
He explained they were not compatable, I've tried to ring the Tevion help line on their 0780 number and they keep saying they're busy and I'm waiting 20 minutes each time, with no answer.
When I scart each box to the 2 scarts on the television the both work ok seperately, is there anthing I can do? or which box has the problem.
I could return the Tevion as it is still under warrenty, but will I get the same problem if I buy another HDD recorder? :mecry:
