Geckow 1.04 webinterface

Change-log (Version 1.04):

* N: Added selection of TV / RADIO in program guide
* N: Occurrence "weekdays" supported
* I: channel list is sorted by 'ch_order'; before sorted by 'name'
* I: "Message to TV" now support up to 4 lines
* I: Enable "Info" and "Check" key on remote control
* I: In "recordings" sql-files are not shown anymore; numbers at the end are cut down now
* F: Fixes update-server list manager
* F: Fixes language problems
* F: Fixes Geckow update

The update system of Geckow is fixed. How it works:
On each start of Geckow the web-interface send a wget to the update server and asks
if there are updates.

The result from update server is:
1. newest version,
2. changelog of the versions between current installed version and newest version.
In Geckow you can choose between "More Informations" then changelog will be shown,
or "Update". The update starts when pressing on "Update" after update is finished,
Geckow will be reloaded.
