Picture freeze

With VU+DUO2 in stbye, switching on TV, the last picture is showing on screen. Is this normal or is there anything I can do?
Have tried BlackHole and VTI.

Ok. I don,t like it because the VU+2 uses almost the same power in stbye.

The power consumption figures for the Duo2 are:
Max 65 watts
Normal 25 watts
Standby 1 watt

Obviously the standby load could be more if you happened to be recording a channel whilst in standby.

How warm is your box when in standby. Mine is completely cold, ie room temperature.

In stbye I have 25W and I think the temp. is about 25-30 degrees.

This can not be normal ? or ?.

Mine runs at 33 deg

Is that in standbye? because mine has 25-30 in standbye.

Yeah 33 deg from standby to just switched on, its not in a open space though its partially enclosed.
