Postman caught with 10 tonnes of letters
A Mexican postman has been arrested after the police found 10 tonnes of undelivered letters in his house.
The postman, who cannot be named, had been keeping mail posted from Ciudad Juarez to the US hoping to find money.
Police officers found 1,100 bags filled with letters ****** back to 1999 in his house.
A police spokesperson said: "We were tipped and following an investigation we searched his house and found all the unsent mail
"All the bags put together amount to over 10 tonnes but they will now be sent to their destination."
