Info cam swich off

I have a problem with conax cam. How to disable info message when switching channel with "no access" in the Black Hole image. In menu>setup>configuration i'dont have option swich off this info

Any idea how i can hide this message:

Hi anyone, in openpli image I have option "Hide CI messages" in system option, where i find this option in black hole or vti?
