- add possibility to change record dmx and io buffers via config.misc.record_io_buffer and config.misc.record_dmx_buffer
default is 1MB dmx buffer and 192512*5 bytes io buffer .. config.misc.record_io_buffer is rounded down to a multiple of 192512

- DLNA Mediaserver: Add a "duplicate and sub-path check" for all configured media directories
- UPnPMediaRendererDemo: Show a message to the user if showing a picture has gone wrong
