I just tried to set up hispasat 1C/1D/1E on 30 West today, but I didn't got any result, I used a 80 cm offset dish and a nokia 0.1 db LNB, also it's good to mention that I live in Oslo, Norway. How the LNB must be set (Skew) and also what is the strongest frequency of this direction to set the dish.

An introduction post of yours first would have been nice and polite!

80cm dish is maybe not enough for Hispasat in Oslo, better would be 90cm:
http://www.flysat.com/hispasat-beam.php

48 dBW – 75 cm
47 dBW – 80 cm
46 dBW – 90 cm

Set up for your dish:
azimut: 225
elevation: 13.9
LNB must be put slanting, like this: "\"

Good luck

I Wud use 11851 v 27500sr Fec 3/4 for Hispasat 30w this old freq has never let me down and is a good 'un for setting up a dish to 30w ,
LNB Skew is critical and i found is best to use some weak signals at 1w Digitv to maximize the LNB skew as those tend to be rather good for peaking up LNB Skew to suit all other sats , i wud use Nova sport on Thor 1w 12643 v 27500 fec 3/4 when you get LNB peaked up then you go hunting to the west for Hispasat dont be too frustrated if you dont hit it first time as dish alignment and size can be a factor aswell but in Ireland NW its very much possible to lock all TP's on 30w with a 78cm Triax dish .
good luck .
