Important notice for users Vu + ONE!

As promised, A + Vu is now on sale from June, 2011.
Vu + is very grateful for your interest in our new products and continue to try to update our products.

There were several reports of problems and specific TP scan new firmware to solve the problem.
We strongly recommend that you update your box if you find a problem scanning channel (s) with your box.

There are two ways to upgrade your box.
Are you using a USB stick and the other is the update directly from the Internet.

Option A) Using USB memory stick.

Before download binary firmware from the link below.

According to Save the file to download data in USB memory stick.
Attach the third box to your USB memory stick and reboot. (Restart or GUI)
Go 4 FPGA plugins menu.
5 Select the data files in USB memory stick and start to 'upgrade'.
6 Reboot the box.

Option B) the update directly from the Internet

Before Go FPG plugins menu.
According Download the data file by pressing the 'Blue'.
Third Select the file downloaded data and early 'upgrade'.
4 Reboot the box.

i didn't understood too much from the first post,but if i understood correctly the display of the receiver is not working (if it isn' this the problem ignore my answer or explain little more your problem).
if the display is not working,switch off the receiver (from the switch behind) and switch on holding "ch+ and ch-" in the receiver.
