When you want to do it manual
Unrar the file and please the file on the internal flash of the box
Open hyperterminal/ telnet
fpupdate /directory/filename.hex
The file will be installed and you need just to wait till it's finished
Example for et9000
fpupdate /tmp/avrmain_pli.hex
Or wait until it is in the Open-Pli.
