one is a clone and not do things well leave it dead fast

the other is a receiver with the best hardware today in scene-sat

buy 1 VU+UNO , the price in Europe is 299 € , and you have a big receiver with a lot of TEAM for support it. Hi from Italy

Don't buy the clone and It's not cheap anyway. Since you are spending a lot of money spend some more and buy the Vu+ Uno. Or buy an original DM500HD, almost same prize as the VU+uno
I read that Pli-team is going to support VU+ Uno and Solo now, that is one more reason to go for the Uno.

NEVER, EVER buy a feckin clone. You might be happy for a while but believe me you will end up paying double or even more in the long run.

All it takes is the wrong image and you're timebombed or bricked there and then.

If we talk about originals of the DM800 SE & the VU+ Uno. The Uno is cheaper and every bit as good and even better than the Dreambox AND it looks better too.

For the record, I learned my lesson with clones the hard way.

i bought Uno and there's nothing to compare with 800se.
one feature that should make you choose Uno is the 400Mhz DUAL-CORE processor.
supports 3D graphics,etc
Uno boots in about 30-40sec.
and the vu+ remote is way better then dm remote!

without ANY doupt ! VU+ UNO / DUO is 1000000000000000000000 times better than dreambox 500HD & 800 !
there is not even a need to compare !! hardware, stlye, ... VU+ rocks !!!
Ps: i have had dreamboxes and never changed until i used a Vu+ ! a life changing experience

Go for the Vu+Uno, it´s the best :thum:

I'm interested in buying a VU+ Uno box.

Can it handle more than 30 or so C/F lines, which i hear the DM800/800se can't?

Is there a limit on the number of C/F lines it can handle? Not that i plan to put that many but interested to know
