Hi you all, how are you doing?
My Azbox (Ultra HD) is not working properly about subtitles. Before I make any nasty thing I was wondering If I made any bad configuration on it.
What is happening is that some of the subtitles are kind of cut when the sound keeps going on. For example, someone says in the movie "No one can be told what matrix is you have to see it for yourself" and in the subtitles, as it is a long phrase, it only appears the first line - No one can be told what matrix is - and the subtitle (in portuguese of course) freezy in this point.
Do you guys have any clues?
