Hello mate
Can not help you regarding the plugin not supporting no-ip.com unless you can edit the provider in the config at /etc/inadyn.conf if not most routers can update your dns, this is in my opinion a better way of updating your ip anyway and is usually quicker.
Take a look in your router settings to see if you have the update dns option.
