Spiderbox HD 7000- recovery

ive got the recovery file for the spiderbox hd 7000 but not sure as it is the right one. anyway how long does it actually take.

Mine took a good 10 mins to run.
I had to fiddle around with the " bits per second " settings field before the recovery tool ran.
