dm500 HD crush

hello
my dm500 HD crush many times with different image
i try with "OoZooN Image E² 2.8.1 "stable" OE 1.5 "and now with newenigma2 v3.
I have crush in startup when logo show loading many times;and sometimes when i see channels;sometime crsh come after 5mn, sometimes 6 hours no more
any one had this problem!!

It should not crash that often mate.

By crash does it reboot or freeze? Do you see a screen flash up saying crash log?

hi
crush for me is no remote answer dm500 out out of service till i shut down from back
sometimes sound is coming video freezez and no remote answer dream useless
sorry for my bad english

Did you try with gemini or official release of DM500.

If you have the same crush with these image
than you may have any hardware problem.

Try to speek with the seller.
