qmax senator problem

hi
i get qmax sentor receiver and conect it with my dsl line
all channel like art - osc - aljazeera not work at all
the seller tell me there is some routor onley work with this receiver like 3com
did i must make some configer to my routor to work good with my new receiver
my routor is Paradyne

yea ashraf harby is help general company to stop most receiver if you go to his office he say one thing this receiver is stop work you must pay a dongol nothing more that equal ashraf and general is a kind of thief
i looking for other support to my receiver
