looking over to the He@d Section I see new software every couple of weeks. Octagon (518) hasen't been updated since june 2009.
And now that new stuff comes out (viacess 2.6) its kinda sad.
Now, seeing as the Head and Octagon receivers share simlilar tools (Flashing, Polaredit for settings ect.) and have almost the same hardware (Head missing ci cx) i came across the idea of cross-flashing.
So is it possible to flash the Octagon 518 with a Head firmware (Like 2700 or 3700) ?

Does someone know if the Software Support for Octagon is really dead or just dead for the moment ?
